This morning we went to Loulé again to visit for the second time the Naturopatista, I am enjoying to see her and to receive all her energies but also lots of confidence, Listening her words I hope my mind and body will get another push to fight the bad cells. Because of that or not, today I was more smilling.
In a good time I found a good day, as this one was my sister´s birthday, It was great to stay around the table and share good moments.
Even with a busy day I wanted to spend some time in the beach, It was in the end of the day, but enough to refresh the mind, It was lovely to feel the body in the cold water.
